Eau Claire Woman Sentenced for Possession in Trempealeau County Court

An Eau Claire woman arrested on a particularly busy day for the Trempealeau County K9 unit was sentenced in Trempealeau County Court.

On March 9th in Arcadia, K-9 Javy found cocaine, marijuana and prescription drugs during a traffic stop.  Heidi Nelson of Eau Claire was arrested for that incident.

During her court appearance, she was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to pay various court costs and fines.
