(Terry Bell, WRN) Generac plans to create 700 new jobs in southeast Wisconsin.
The company said Tuesday it plans to expand in Pewaukee, and create more than 700 new jobs. C-E-O Aaron Jagdfeld says his company is investing more than 53-million dollars into the expansion. About 300 of the new jobs will be in sales.
The state of Wisconsin is guaranteeing another nine million-dollars in tax credits if Generac creates all 700 jobs. The company has already qualified for ten-million in tax help from the state.
