Man Sentenced for Drug Charges in Trempealeau County Court

A man arrested after the Trempealeau County K9 Unit discovered drugs in a vehicle was sentenced in Trempealeau County Court on Tuesday.
Back in March, during a busy day, the Trempealeau County K9 Unit indicated there were drugs in a vehicle that had been stopped in Arcadia. The K9 found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Travis Trudeau of Conrath was arrested.
During his court appearance on Tuesday, he was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Another charge was dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation with a condition of 20 days jail time.
