House Fire in Marshfield

The Marshfield Fire Department responded to a house fire Monday afternoon.

According to the department, the fire occurred at 512 S. Maryknoll Avenue just after 2pm. When crews arrived, there was heavy smoke coming from the house.

The department stated the fire was contained to the kitchen and ground floor. The cause is still under investigation and no one was hurt.
