State Supreme Court Won't Hear Mask Mandate Challenge in Dane County

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) The State Supreme Court won't hear a challenge to Dane County's mask mandate.
On Friday, the court issued a 4 to 3 ruling against hearing that complaint from the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty. WILL sought to strike down the mandate, based on earlier rulings against Dane County's closure of schools.
The lawsuit will have to make its way through Dane County's circuit court and appeals court first. The Court's conservative justices complained in their dissent that the Court wasn't doing its job hearing the big cases in the state, leaving those cases up to lower courts first instead.
