Suspect in Missing Wood County Teen Case Spotted in Madison

The Wood County Sheriff’s Department may have found a lead in the case.

According to the Wood County Sheriff’s Department, they issued an endangered missing person alert for 15-year-old Elexa Cooley. The Wood County Sheriff says Elexa left home Thursday night and may be traveling with an individual from Utah.

Authorities don't know for sure what their destination is, but her family is concerned for her safety. Elexa was last seen Thursday night in Arpin. Authorities ask that you be on the lookout for a 2004 green Acura MDX, with Utah plates.

The man Cooley is believed to be with, Roby Parker, was spotted Saturday around 1pm at EZpawn located at 319 West Beltline in Madison. If you have any information about Elexa's whereabouts or spot their vehicle, contact the Wood County Sheriff's Department at 715-421-8700.
