Monday, August 30th, 2021 -- 1:01 PM
A Clark County woman entered a plea for possession in Clark County Court.
Back in October of 2019, two people, Alexander Stumpner and Samantha Fristoe, were arrested after the execution of a search warrant. Law enforcement found baggies of crystalline substance, scales, fake money and paraphernalia on the tables.
Fristoe was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession with intent-amphetamine. She was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in state prison and 3 years and 6 months of extended supervision.
Last year, Stumpner was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession with intent-amphetamine. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. He hasn’t been sentenced at this time and has a status conference scheduled for September 7th.
