Jackson County Jail Inmate Found Dead

A Jackson County Jail inmate was found dead on Thursday.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, a 33-year-old man was found dead.  Life saving measures were attempted, but were unsuccessful.  The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department has requested an investigation from another area Sheriff’s Department.

The incident is still under investigation and an autopsy is pending.
