Man Accused of Killing Marshfield Native Appears in Dane County Court

The man accused of killing a Marshfield native while she attended school in Madison appeared in Dane County Court.

Back in April of 2008, Brittany Zimmerman was found stabbed to death in her apartment in Madison. After years of investigating, police arrested Davi Kahl for the murder. Kahl is facing a charge of 1st degree intentional homicide.

During his court appearance on Monday, he stood mute in court, so a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.  He’s scheduled to be back in court on November 15th.
