Monroe Woman Arrested in Jackson County for OWI Appears in Court

A Monroe woman arrested in Jackson County for OWI with children in the vehicle appeared in Jackson County Court.
According to court records, Wisconsin State Patrol pulled over Larrissa Humphrey for traveling 101mph on I-94. Humphrey admitted to using marijuana. Four passengers were in the vehicle with Humphrey.
Humphrey is facing charges of 1st OWI with a passenger younger than 16 in the vehicle and possession. During her court appearance, she waived the reading of the complaint and entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her. She’s scheduled to be back in court on August 11th.
