Minnesota Woman Arrested for Drug Charges in Trempealeau County Appears in Court

One of three people arrested by the Osseo Police Department after a traffic stop on I-94 appeared in Trempealeau County Courthouse.

Back in March, the Osseo Police Department stopped a vehicle traveling westbound on I-94. One of the passengers stated they had a small amount of marijuana. After a search of the vehicle, they also found drug paraphernalia, 57 grams of cocaine and a loaded firearm reported stolen from Cass County, MN. The driver, Christian Berry of Minnesota, and two passengers, Bobbie Patton and Michael Sanchez were arrested.

During Patton’s court appearance, she waived her preliminary hearing and entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her, which include possession and receiving stolen property.

She’ll be back in court on August 23rd. Berry is scheduled to be back in court August 5th. A future court date for Sanchez hasn’t been set at this time.
