The North Wood County Historical Society, Marshfield Historic Preservation Association, MACCI, Visit Marshfield, and other individuals and organizations are collaborating on Marshfield’s sesquicentennial in 2022.

As part of the year-long celebration, the committee is searching for businesses celebrating significant milestone anniversaries in 2022. Please send business and anniversary information to macci@marshfieldchamber.com.

Youth age 18 and under are invited to participate in a logo design contest. Use the themes “Celebrating the past; embracing the future” or “150 years strong and still on track,” or come up with your own theme to create a logo commemorating Marshfield’s 150 th year

To enter, submit your design, along with your name, school name, grade, and address to: Everett Roehl Marshfield Public Library, 105 S. Maple Ave., Marshfield, WI, 54449, by June 1. You can also submit designs electronically to nwchs@uphammansion.com, or find “Celebrating 150 Years of Marshfield!” on Facebook.

If you are interested in brainstorming, planning, or volunteering for the 150th anniversary event, contact NWCHS at 715-387-3322 or nwchs@uphammansion.com, or find “Celebrating 150 Years of Marshfield!” on Facebook.
