Neillsville Man Sentenced for 7th OWI

A Neillsville man charged with his 7th OWI was sentenced in Clark County Court.
Robert Kaiser was arrested after a report of a motorcycle being ridden by a drunk driver. Kaiser was driving his motorcycle 75mph in a 55mph zone. Kaiser was on probation during the time of his arrest.
During a recent court appearance on Tuesday, Kaiser pleaded guilty to 7th OWI, another charge was dismissed and read in, and a third charge was dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion.
Kaiser was sentenced to 3 years in state prison and 4 years of extended supervision. When out of prison, he must also serve 150 hours of community service. His license was also revoked for 36 months and he must install an ignition interlock device for 36 months.
