Neillsville Man Enters Plea for 7th OWI

A Neillsville man charged with his 7th OWI entered a plea in Clark County Court on Tuesday.
Robert Kaiser was arrested after a report of a motorcycle being ridden by a drunk driver. Kaiser was driving his motorcycle 75mph in 55mph zone. Kaiser was on probation during the time of his arrest.
During his court appearance on Tuesday, Kaiser pleaded guilty to 7th OWI, another charge was dismissed and read in, and a third charge was dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion.
