Neillsville Man Sentenced for Shooting at Rural Granton Bar

-A Neillsville man was sentenced for firing a gun at two people at a rural bar near Granton.In early 2019, Paul Glinski got into a fight with a couple at a bar after he had been drinking. Witnesses state that Glinski was heavily intoxicated when he went to his vehicle, grabbed a gun and fired it at the couple before fleeing into the woods. Glinski resisted arrest when he was caught and had to be tased.
Glinski was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety and resisting or obstructing an officer. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 5 years of probation with a condition of 1 year jail time.
