Coronavirus Numbers for September 24th

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has seen a total of 1,360,183 negative cases, 105,932 positive cases (an increase of 1,762 over the previous day) and 1,259 deaths, an increase of 8 over the previous day. Of the positive cases, 6,821, or 6%, have been hospitalized. In total, Clark County has seen 347 positive cases and 5,291 negative. For our neighboring counties, in total, Chippewa has seen 489 positive and 14,088 negative, Eau Claire has seen 1,703 positive and 21,300 negative and Jackson has seen 115 positive and 6,288 negative.
Also, in total, Wood has seen 718 positive and 14,006 negative, Marathon has seen 1,151 positive and 20,180 negative and Taylor has seen 157 positive and 2,700 negative. Clark County has had 8 people die from the virus; Marathon has had 14 people die from the virus; Eau Claire has had 6 people die from the virus; Wood has had 4 people die from the virus, Taylor has had 3 people die from the virus; and Jackson has had one person die from the virus.
