HOME IMPROVEMENT LOANS AVAILABLE TO RURAL CLARK CO. RESIDENTS

Rural Clark County residents may be eligible for zero-interest, deferred payment loans to improve their properties. The Clark County Housing Authority is accepting applications for home improvement and first-home buyer assistance. The loans are paid back when the property is no longer the homeowner?s primary residence. Some improvements allowed are: wells, septic systems, roofs, siding, wiring, windows, doors, plumbing, insulation, foundation repair, furnaces and handicapped accessibility.
