Fairchild Man Enters Plea for Drug Charges

-A Fairchild man facing charges after a drug bust back in February of 2019 entered a plea in Eau Claire County Court on Wednesday.According to court records, Charles Page and Mark Scoville were charged after an 11 month investigation by the West Central Drug Task Force. Officers searched homes in both Fairchild and Eau Claire that were owned by the two men. Syringes with methamphetamine and marijuana were discovered. Amphetamine and items that tested positive for heroin were also discovered.
Scoville was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Another charge was dismissed and read in and a final charge had a deferred prosecution or sentence. Page had the charges against him dropped back in May of 2019.
