Coronavirus Update

Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has 1,035,195 negative cases, 63,206 positive cases (an increase of 943 over yesterday) and 1,018 deaths, an increase of 7 over yesterday. Of the positive cases, 5,170, or 8%, have been hospitalized. Clark County has 196 positive cases and 3,873 negative. For our neighboring counties, Chippewa has 252 positive and 10,687 negative, Eau Claire has 629 positive and 15,545 negative and Jackson has 60 positive and 5,573 negative.
Also, Wood has 339 positive and 9,983 negative, Marathon has 671 positive and 14,827 negative and Taylor has 73 positive and 2,001 negative. Clark County has had 8 people die from the virus. Marathon has had 10 people die from the virus. Eau Claire has had 4 people die from the virus. Wood has had 2 people die from the virus. Jackson and Taylor have had one person die from the virus.
