Coronavirus Numbers for July 19th: State Has Another Record Day of New Cases

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has 723,643 negative cases, 41,485 positive cases (an increase of 978 over yesterday) and 843 deaths, an increase of 10 over yesterday. Of the positive cases, 4,082, or 9%, have been hospitalized. Clark County has 132 positive cases and 2,977 negative. For our neighboring counties, Chippewa has 151 positive and 8,440 negative, Eau Claire has 388 positive and 11,301 negative and Jackson has 36 positive and 4,395 negative.
Also, Wood has 128 positive and 6,918 negative, Marathon has 363 positive and 9,466 negative and Taylor has 30 positive and 1,359 negative. Clark County has had 7 people die from the virus. Marathon and Eau Claire County have had 2 people die from the virus. Jackson and Wood have had one person die from the virus.
