Curtiss Man Sentenced for 9th OWI

-A Curtiss man arrested for his 9th OWI was sentenced in Clark County Court on Wednesday.According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, at the end of December of 2018, deputies pulled over a vehicle for expired registration in the Owen area. The driver was identified as Terry Dumler. Dumler had marijuana in plain sight and it was determined that he had a .02 restriction and 8 prior offenses. Dumler failed field sobriety exercises and was arrested for his 9th OWI.
Dumler was found guilty, due to a no contest plea, of several charges. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison and 5 years of extended supervision.
