Coronavirus Numbers for July 6th

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has 584,111 negative cases, 31,577 positive cases (an increase of 522 over yesterday) and 796 deaths. Of the positive cases, 3,586, or 11%, have been hospitalized. Clark County now has 87 positive cases and 2,268 negative. For our neighboring counties, Chippewa has 102 positive and 5,338 negative, Eau Claire has 284 positive and 8,552 negative and Jackson has 27 positive and 2,827 negative.
Also, Wood has 63 positive and 5,144 negative, Marathon has 210 positive and 7,264 negative and Taylor has 15 positive and 1,056 negative. Clark County has had 7 people die from the virus. Jackson, Marathon, Wood and Eau Claire have had one person die from the virus.
