Opportunity Development Center in Marshfield Holding Curbside Drop-Off Food Drive

(Hub City Times) -Opportunity Development Centers (ODC) is hosting a food drive on June 6, to benefit Soup or Socks Food Pantry and Clothes Closet.“During these uncertain times, ODC continues to serve our participants and we want to help others in the community. If you are able, please participate in the ODC Curbside Drop-Off Food Drive to benefit Soup or Socks Food Pantry and Clothes Closet,” the organization said in a release. Collection will take place June 6, from 9 a.m. to Noon at 2406 East 21st Street, Marshfield. Staff will be onsite to help provide direction with donations. Contributors should use the ODC entrance; pull up along the sidewalk and your items on the pallet on the sidewalk, return to your vehicle, and depart through the entrance.
Items most needed include: canned fruit, tuna, mac & cheese, spaghetti sauce, and spaghetti noodles. Other items include: peanut butter, cereal, jelly, oatmeal, coffee, pancake mix, tea, brown rice, canned veggies, white rice, soup, crackers, pork & beans, canned meat, Hamburger Helper, tomato products, dry pasta, dish soap, shampoo, laundry soap, conditioner, toilet paper, and toothpaste.
