Clark County Man Appears in Court for Repeated Sexual Assault of a Child

-A Clark County man was found not competent to stand trial for repeated sexual assault of a child.

According to court records, back in October of 2019, the mother of a 12-year-old child spoke with the Clark County Sheriff’s Department about Brandon Sanders.  She stated that Sanders assaulted the child multiple times around the spring and summer of 2019.

Sanders is facing a charge of repeated sexual assault of the same child.  During his court appearance on Monday, Sanders was found not competent for court proceedings at this time.  A motion hearing will be set and Sanders will be reevaluated in the future.
