CLARK CO. MAN ACCUSED OF SOLICITING PROSTITUTION
Tuesday, July 5th, 2005 -- 9:22 AM
A Clark County man is in trouble after allegedly soliciting prostitution after he gave a real estate agent a contract for sexual propositions at an open house.Marathon County prosecutors say 34-year-old Kevin Kayhart of Dorchester attended an open house in the Marathon County town of Hamburg.
According to the criminal complaint, Kayhart waited until others at the open house left before he asked about some items in the house. The man then asked if she would accept $500,000 and pulled a three-page handwritten offer to purchase the house from a manilla folder. On the second page was an itemized list detailing sexual acts. The third page said the offer only was good if she did what was listed in the contract.
Kayhart's wife, who has now filed for divorce, discovered documents that incriminated Kayhart and turned them over to a Clark County investigator. While charged in Marathon County, Kayhart has been in the Clark County Jail on a probation hold.
