CentralStar Cooperative Elects Board of Directors

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -Member-stockowners of CentralStar Cooperative have eleted 13 dairy and beef producers to the company's board of directors.Board members from Wisconsin include Steve Abel, Fond du Lac; Lyle Ott, Hilbert; Dan Mielke, Colby; Dorothy Harms, Reedsburg; Larry Voigts, Platteville; Rick Adams, Elkhorn; Roger Weiland, Columbus; Lee Jensen, Elk Mound; Andy Wolf, Oconto Falls; Steve Maier, Jim Falls. Within this group, Abel was elected Vice President of the board, Ott will serve as Second Vice President, Harms is the Secretary, and Mielke was chosen as the Treasurer.
CentralStar was established last year as a result of the merger between NorthStar Cooperative Inc. and East Central/Select Sires.
