GRANTON FFA HAS GOOD TRIP TO MADISON

The 76th annual state FFA convention was held this week in Madison and FFAers from Granton had another successful convention. Twenty chapter members attended. Six members received their State Degrees. From the pool of 458 state FFA degree recipients, the Finalists for the outstanding Star candidates were selected and they included: Chad Naedler in the category of Wisconsin Star Farmer; Ben Vine was selected as a Star In Agribusiness Finalist and Nick Korth was named the winner of the Outdoor Recreation Proficiency Award; and Josh Nielsen won the Agricultural Service Proficiency Award. The Granton FFA Chapter was awarded a Gold state rating in the National Chapter Award and was named as one of the Top 10 chapters in the state for their Food For America Program.Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
