Trempealeau County Roads Make National News, But Not in a Good Way

(WRN) -Roads in Trempealeau County are in the national spotlight, but not in a good way.The New York Times recently published an article about the nearly 300 miles of deteriorating rural roads in the county.
The highway commissioner says Trempealeau County only repairs about four to six miles of road each year. He says it costs about 300-thousand dollars a mile to fix the roads.
