(Hub City Times) -The Central Wisconsin Tobacco Free Coalition is recognizing Marshfield Clinic Center for Community Health Advancement and UW-Stevens Point Dean of Students Office through the Center for Prevention for their efforts to curb e-cigarette use.“Locally, this has been a huge challenge for our coalition to address and having remarkable partners invested in the health and wellness of our communities is key to affecting change,” said Jenna Flynn, coordinator for the Central WI Tobacco Free Coalition.
According to the 2018 Youth Tobacco Survey, one in five Wisconsin high school students used e-cigarettes and one in nine middle school students have tried the products.
