Chippewa Falls Woman Arrested for 2006 Murder of Her Husband Appears in Marathon County Court

-A Chippewa Falls woman formally charged for the 2006 murder of her husband appeared in Marathon County Court on Monday.Evidence found during an investigation leads investigators to the conclusion that 65-year-old Cindy Schulz-Juedes murderd her husband, Kenneth Juedes of Unity and a former pharmacist in Medford. Juedes was found dead of two shot gun wounds to the chest in his home on August 30th of 2006. Prosecutors believe money was the motivation behind the murder.
Schulz-Juedes was arrested and booked into the Marathon County Jail at the beginning of December and she has a $1 million bond set against her. She’s been charged with 1st degree intentional homicide. During her arraignment on Monday, she entered a not guilty plea to the charge against her.
