Wisconsin Supreme Court to Decide if Former Governor's 1,000 Year Veto Can Stand

(WRN) -Wisconsin's Supreme Court will decide if former Governor Scott Walker's thousand-year veto can stand.Governors in Wisconsin have the power to change or erase spending figures inside the budget. Governor Walker changed the numbers inside the 2017 budget to extend the effective date of a new tax law til 3018 instead of 2018.
The high court last week agreed to hear a challenge in the case.
