Spencer Police Department's K9 Officer Receives New Protective Vest

-The Spencer Police Department’s K9 Officer, Ella, has a new protective vest.The department posted a picture of Ella on their Facebook page with her new ballistics vest. The vest was provided by the Wisconsin Vest-A-Dog program.
A K9 first aid kit was also donated to the department.
