While Clark County?s small market-size might lead to slightly skewed information, housing sales here jumped nearly 67-percent. The state experienced only a 3-percent increase overall.
The report singles out Clark County as having a notably large jump in the price of property. Prices jumped nearly 31-percent since last year.
