More Court Rulings Over Purge of Voters

(WRN) -There's been more court rulings in the lawsuit over a purge of voters from the state's rolls. An Ozaukee County judge ruled on Monday that Democrat members of the state's election commission were in contempt for voting against removing over 200-thousand names from the voter registry. Judge Paul Malloy made that ruling after a deadlocked vote on removal by the commission.
Meanwhile, the state supreme court refused to bypass the appeals court and hear the lawsuit directly, meaning it will likely be tied up in the courts until after the November elections.
