Minneapolis' Cybertrol Engineering Purchases Marshfield's ESE Inc.

(Marshfield News Herald) -Cybertrol Engineering of Minneapolis has purchased ESE Inc., a Marshfield-based company that integrated control, industrial IT and information systems for food and beverage customers nationwide for more than 30 years.The sale took place last month, according to a news release from Cybertrol Engineering. ESE Inc., which operated at 3600 Downwind Drive, had a hand in producing food like cottage cheese, pizza with dipping sauce and orange juice by automating the processes to manufacture them. It had customers across the country and worked with major brands for condiments, dairy products, soups and salad dressings.
In May 2016, the company had 36 employees. Most worked in Marshfield while some were based in Eau Claire or elsewhere. Cybertrol Engineering offers manufacturing solutions to streamline how factories operate, from receiving and processing to packaging and more, the news release said.
