Governor Evers Pulls Wisconsin National Guard Troops from Mexican Border in 2019

(WRN) -Governor Evers pulled Wisconsin National Guard troops from the Mexican border this year.It happened in February. The Democratic governor filed an executive order, stating that the 112 Giard personell at the border in Arizona were being returned to Wisconsin. Evers said the work of securing the border belonged to Customs and Border Patrol.
He said there was no evidence to back up President Donald Trump's claims of a national security crisis on the border.
