(Hub City Times) -A woman accused of killing her husband 13 years ago will stand trial.A Marathon County judge ruled on Dec. 20 that there is enough evidence for Cindy Schulz-Juedes, 65, to stand trial for the murder of her husband, Kenneth Juedes. On Aug. 30, 2006, shortly before 8:30 a.m., Marathon County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the report of a deceased man, later identified as Juedes, at H3752 Maple Road in the township of Hull. “From the onset of this investigation, all evidence led detectives to believe Kenneth was intentionally shot to death while in his home,” Marathon County Sheriff Scott Parks said in an earlier statement.
Schulz-Juedes was arrested on Nov. 27 and is currently in custody at the Marathon County Jail, held on a $1 million cash bond.
