Withee Man Appears in Clark County Court for Possession Charges

-One of two people from Withee charged after the execution of a search warrant by the Clark County Sheriff’s Department appeared in Clark County Court on Wednesday.The Clark County Sheriff’s Department executed the search warrant on October 25th. They found baggies of a crystal substance, scales, fake money and paraphernalia. Officers arrested Alexander Stumpner and Samantha Fristoe. According to court records, Stumpner claimed he wasn’t a dealer, just a user. When Fristoe was asked about the fake money, she said her son is bad with math and they were using it to practice.
They’re both facing multiple charges of possession. Stumpner is being held on a $10,000 cash bond and Fristoe is being held on a $500 bond. During Stumpner’s preliminary hearing, probable cause so his court proceedings will continue. He’s scheduled to be back in court for arraignment on January 14th.
