Neillsville School Board Approves Several Donations

-The Neillsville School Board approved several donations at their meeting on Monday.The board approved the donation from the youth football organization of $5,000 for new weight room equipment and the donation from the Kiwanis Club of $232.10 to support a Middle School Student Council service project. The board also approved the donation from Diane and Thomas Renne of the book “Walden” and they approved the donation of the book “Whiskers Makes a Splash in Wisconsin” from the author and illustrator of the book. Finally, they approved the donation from Marshfield Clinic Health System and Sandra Oldham of $500.00 to the FFA. The board also approved an early graduation request and they approved the out-of-state field trip for STEM Club to Minnesota.
Finally, the board received an update on current and future construction projects. In employment matters, the board approved the Memorandum of Understanding for Todd Schmidt with modifications as presented and they approved an administrative secretary bonus for Morgan Spencer in the amount of $440.00. Finally the board approved the initial adoption of Policy IGBB.
