-A Stanley man arrested after reporting a shooting to authorities was sentenced in Chippewa County Court on Wednesday.According to court records, back in June of 2018, Kevin Tetzlaff called the Clark County dispatch center to report a shooting at the home he was staying at in the Town of Delmar. He stated there were multiple victims. Because of his report, schools were put on lockdown and the sheriff’s department and Stanley Police Department responded to the home. However, nothing was discovered on scene and authorities realized that nothing had happened. They ordered Tetzlaff out of the home and he came without incident.
Tetzlaff was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, resisting or obstructing an officer. He was sentenced to a year in prison for that count in this case. He was also sentenced to prison time for other cases, some from other counties, involving this incident.
