Black River Falls Chamber of Commerce Picks Winning Photo for Cover of New Visitor's Guide

-The Black River Falls Chamber of Commerce picked the winning photo for the cover of their new visitor’s guide.They thanked everyone who submitted photos for their photo contest and said they had some really great entries. The winner is Pamela Putrich.
Her photo of fall colors on Morrison Creek will be featured on the cover of the 2020 Black River Country Visitor's Guide and she won $100 in Chamber Bucks.
