Clark County School District's Report Card Scores

-The Department of Public Instruction announced the percentage of public and private schools and public school districts meeting expectations on state report cards remains high.On state report cards issued for the 2018-19 school year, overall 87 percent of rated schools met or exceeded expectations as did 96 percent of the state’s 421 public school districts. Taking a look at the results of Clark County’s districts, (please note all scores are based out of 100) the Neillsville district had an overall score of 69.8 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a 58.5 in student achievement, 65.1 in district growth, 69.2 in closing gaps and 85.3 in on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Neillsville Middle/High School received a score of 68 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 53.6 in student achievement, 63.2 in school growth, 71.6 in closing gaps and 83.1 in on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Neillsville Elementary School received a score of 76.1 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 65.6 in student achievement, 68.9 in school growth, 81.8 in closing the gaps and 87.3 in on-track and postsecondary readiness.
The Granton School District received a score of 71.2 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 56 for student achievement, 64.1 for district growth, 74.7 for closing gaps and 83.6 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Granton Elementary School received a score of 68.7 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 57.8 for student achievement, 66 for school growth, 56.8 for closing gaps and 87.5 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Granton High School received a score of 72.3 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 54.9 for student achievement, 63.2 for school growth, 82.8 for closing gaps and 81.8 for on-track and postsecondary readiness.
The Loyal School District received a score of 73.4 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 60.7 for student achievement, 71.7 for district growth, 70.8 for closing gaps and 87.9 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Loyal Elemntary School received a score of 79.2 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 66.8 for student achievement, 78.4 for school growth, 75.6 for closing gaps and 91 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Loyal Jr. High received a score of 66.3 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 54.5 for student achievement, 52.7 for school growth, 71.7 for closing gaps and 86.9 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Loyal High School received a score of 72.6 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 56.9 for student achievement, 76.5 for school growth, 71.5 for closing gaps and 93.6 for on-track and postsecondary readiness.
The Greenwood School District received a score of 83 falling into the significantly exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 67.3 for student achievement, 82.2 for district growth, 87 for closing gaps and 90.4 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Greenwood Elementary School received a score of 90.9 falling into the significantly exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 73.3 for student achievement, 100 for school growth, 86.7 for closing gaps and 90.9 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Greenwood High School received a score of 72.5 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 63.9 for student achievement, 62.3 for school growth, 73.1 for closing gaps and 90.9 for on-track and postsecondary readiness.
The Owen-Withee School District received a score of 64.8 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 51 for student achievement, 52.7 for district growth, 67.9 for closing gaps and 86.7 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Owen-Withee Elementary School received a score of 63.2 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 57.7 for student achievement, 60.4 for district growth, 45.8 for closing gaps and 86.9 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Owen-Withee Jr. High received a score of 51.5 falling into the fails to meet expectations category. They received a score of 45.1 for student achievement, 36.6 for school growth, 38.7 for closing gaps and 88.4 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Owen-Withee High School received a score of 69.8 falling into the meets expectations category. The Abbotsford School District received a score of 73.9 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 51.2 for student achievement, 63.2 for district growth, 83.5 for closing gaps and 88.2 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Abbotsford Elementary School received a score of 61.2 falling into the meets few expectations category. They received a score of 44 for student achievement, 48 for district growth, 62.2 for closing gaps and 87.3 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Abbotsford Middle/High School received a score of 77.5 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 55.1 for student achievement, 68.9 for district growth, 85.4 for closing gaps and 89.4 for on-track and postsecondary readiness.
The Colby School District received a score of 76.6 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 55.7 for student achievement, 65.1 for district growth, 93.9 for closing gaps and 86.8 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Colby Elementary School received a score of 74.6 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 63.8 for student achievement, 61.3 for school growth, 87.8 for closing gaps and 87.6 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Colby Middle School received a score of 74.2 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 50.9 for student achievement, 67.9 for district growth, 85.1 for closing gaps and 85.7 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Colby High School received a score of 74.4 falling into the exceeds expectations category. They received a score of 52.7 for student achievement, 64.1 for school growth, 88.1 for closing gaps and 96.5 for on-track and postsecondary readiness.
Finally, the Thorp School District received a score of 62.2 falling into the meets few expectations category. They received a score of 59.5 for student achievement, 48 for district growth, 58.5 for closing gaps and 87.6 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Thorp Elementary School received a score of 63.4 falling into the meets expectations category. They received a score of 61.5 for student achievement, 51.8 for school growth, 57 for closing gaps and 88.1 for on-track and postsecondary readiness. The Thorp High School received a score of 61.4 falling into the meets few expectations category. They received a score of 55.8 for student achievement, 42.3 for district growth, 63.2 for closing gaps and 95.9 for on-track and postsecondary readiness.
