Two People from Withee Arrested for Possession

-Two people from Withee have been charged after the execution of a search warrant by the Clark County Sheriff’s Department.The Clark County Sheriff’s Department executed the search warrant on October 25th. They found baggies of a crystal substance, scales, fake money and paraphernalia. Officers arrested 31-year-old Alexander Stumpner and 28-year-old Samantha Fristoe. According to court records, Stumpner claimed he wasn’t a dealer, just a user. When Fristoe was asked about the fake money, she said her son is bad with math and they were using it to practice.
They’re both facing multiple charges of possession. Stumpner is being held on a $10,000 cash bond and Fristoe is being held on a $500 bond. They’re scheduled to appear in court on November 12th.
