Man Arrested for Burglaries in Multiple Counties Sentenced in Clark County Court

-A man arrested in Abbotsford on a probation warrant and accused of being involved in multiple robberies was sentenced in Clark County Court.Back in May of 2015, Wayne Timm, was arrested in Abbotsford, on a probation warrant for his activity in multiple burglaries to area businesses. Timm was a suspect in several cases that occurred in Taylor, Clark, Marathon and Price Counties between March 1st and May 18th of 2015. Timm was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, three counts of entry into a building, three counts of theft of movable property, and three counts of criminal damage to property.
He was sentenced to 9 months in jail and 3 years of probation. He was also given an imposed and stayed sentence of 9 months in jail, meaning if he fails his probation, he’ll serve that time. The charges against Timm in Taylor County were dropped back in 2017 and he’s scheduled to be back in court in Marathon County on October 31st.
