Fairchild Man Arrested for Possession Appears in Eau Claire County Court

-A Fairchild man facing charges after a drug bust back in February appeared in Eau Claire County Court on Wednesday.According to court records, Charles Page and Mark Scoville were charged after an 11 month investigation by the West Central Drug Task Force. Officers searched homes in both Fairchild and Eau Claire that were owned by the two men. Syringes with methamphetamine and marijuana were discovered. Amphetamine and items that tested positive for heroin were also discovered. Scoville is facing charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During his arraignment on Wednesday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on November 21st. Page had the charges against him dropped back in May.
