Loyal Man Charged

Roger Hattamer, 37 of Loyal was charged on Thursday in Clark County and faces multiple charges for alledgedly assaulting a child.WQOW-TV reports that according to the criminal complaint, the victim told investigators the assaults happened over a ten-year period, starting when she was eight years old. She told investigators that Hattamer would also offer her money and merchandise in exchange for nude images of herself.
Hattamer was taken into custody on Friday. His first appearance before a judge is scheduled for September 23.
