-A Neillsville man arrested after the execution of a search warrant in the city was sentenced in Clark County Court last week.Back in April of 2018, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Neillsville Police Department executed a search warrant at 110 E. 1st Street in the City of Neillsville. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation by the Sheriff’s Office and Police Department. One adult, Joseph Schoen, was arrested as a result of the investigation. During his plea hearing back in May, Schoen was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, maintaining a drug trafficking place and manufacture/deliver cocaine. Several other charges were dismissed and read in.
He was sentenced to 3 years of probation with a condition of 90 days jail time. He was also given an imposed and stayed prison sentence of 3 years and an imposed and stayed extended supervision of 3 years, meaning if he fails his probation, he’ll serve that time.
