Fairchild Man Appears in Eau Claire County Court for Drug Charges

-A Fairchild man facing charges after a drug bust back in February appeared in Eau Claire County Court on Tuesday.According to court records, Charles Page and Mark Scoville were charged after an 11 month investigation by the West Central Drug Task Force. Officers searched homes in both Fairchild and Eau Claire that were owned by the two men. Syringes with methamphetamine and marijuana were discovered. Amphetamine and items that tested positive for heroin were also discovered.
During Scoville’s preliminary hearing on Tuesday, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He’s scheduled to be back in court on September 23rd. Page had the charges against him dropped back in May.
