-A Neillsville student charged with making a threat at the Neillsville High School appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.Earlier this year, the Neillsville High School confirmed there was an incident regarding a threat made by a student at the high school. After an investigation by the district, the Neillsville Police Department and the Clark County Sheriff's Department, Darrin Loberg was charged for making the threats. Loberg made claims that he was going to shoot students at the school. Loberg apparently told other students that he had a list of students he was going to shoot.
The conversations started around the time of the anniversary of the Columbine school shooting. During his preliminary hearing, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He’s scheduled to be back in court on September 17th.
