First Electric Harley Will Hit the Streets

(WRN) -The first ever electric Harley will be hitting the streets.Harley-Davidson plans to begin delivering its LiveWire all-electric motorcycles to dealers in September. LiveWire prices will start at 29-thousand-799 dollars. Next year, Harley-Davidson plans to rollout a new middleweight bike and a small displacement motorbike intended for emerging markets.
That model is being developed in conjunction with a Chinese motorcycle manufacturer. The new models are part of the company's More Roads to Harley-Davidson strategy to attract new riders.
